Main Purpose of Role

To provide a quality service to high risk victims of domestic violence. To provide a high-quality frontline service to victims of domestic abuse, delivering a service to those at highest risk. To work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse.

ADMINISTRATION

To keep records of contacts with service users which clearly demonstrate the nature of contact, aims and objectives. To ensure that all referred services users agree and sign up to the support agreement. To provide monitoring information, both internally and externally, as required. To ensure that all records are kept up to date and are stored in a secure and confidential manner.

CORPORATE MANAGEMENT

To work with the management team to enable to develop its aims and objectives by participating in meetings and processes to further organisational policy and practice

relationships with purchasers, key partners, stakeholders, service users and funders.

TRAINING

To attend appropriate training, including specialist IDVA training courses to develop personal skills and knowledge relevant to the post.
