CRM MANAGER Pick'N'Mix Recruitment are acting on behalf of *** and are recruiting for a talented CRM Manager to manage the process of introducing a new CRM system within the business. The position will be a six month temporary contract, with the potential to be made full time. This is an exciting time to join the company and the candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing and an in-house Web Developer. They will make a huge impact on how the company manages its data, grows the database and improves the customer journey. The CRM Manager will report to the Head of Marketing, as well as working closely with all other departments to manage their data, maximise the sales funnel and increase the conversion rate. They will be based in the London office. Responsibilities • Scope out the CRM requirements from the Sales, Charter, Management and Client Experience departments and map out a client journey with key touch points • Implement a CRM system alongside our in-house Web Developer that will meet all department’s requirements • Produce training documents and train each department on how to use the new CRM system • Manage mailing lists within our email platform and create separate B2B and B2C email marketing and retention strategies • Understand the customer journey and use data and insights to create tailored campaigns and automation rules • Develop and implement a client loyalty / grading system to improve our client experience • Forge strong working relationships with the sales, charter, ***** management and client experience departments to ensure all their data requirements are met Qualifications • Experience of working with CRM databases, email platforms and tracking, measurement and analytic tools • Previous experience shaping and implementing successful CRM and email strategies • Confident with Excel and analysis of campaigns • Ability to multitask, adapt and prioritise under tight deadlines • Self-starter who takes ownership of their own projects with the ability to work quickly and efficiently with an excellent eye for detail. • Can-do attitude and able to contribute fresh and innovative ideas at all levels • Strong interpersonal skills If you are interested in applying for this role, please send a copy of your CV to
